- Unlimited Telephone Support during office hours (9am to 5pm, weekdays except PH)

5 x Emergency Visits are recommended @ $1,900 (or $380 per visit)
Response Time:
- 4 hours for Server issues (same day if activated before 1pm)
- 6 hours for Non-Server issues (same day if activated before 11am)
- Next working day responds around 10am
