I have sent my notebook for repairs at your Eunos outlet and your service has been quick and prompt.  The repair was done quickly within 2 days (Work Order no. 028788) and I am really thankful to get back my notebook in proper order.
It is also nice to receive acknowledgement to receive status report through sms.
Your service charges are also very reasonable.

Hi Greetings

This is a feed back from a very grateful customer. A few weeks ago I was at the shop to install my Anti-virus McAfee. All well but unfortunately there was a problem last week.  Not much of a choice,  I took it back  (so to speak " I keep my fingers cross")   Dont worry The Perdure IT guy Mr. Jaike  is such a Sweetie.  "NO problem" he told me  "I will fix it for you"  WoW WoW what an excellent  "After Service"!  Hard to come by nowadays in S:pore.  I am truly impress by his upbeat attitude since this is an  After Service issue.  I felt so relieved, you know...usually is  "Dont bother me it's only an After Service now not buying anything"  .

Thanks Jaike for understanding a not so high tech lady customer.  Perdure is still the Best in Town.  A Plus for After Service.

I would like to commend 2 of your staff who attended to me on Thu, 24/03/2011 at about 1100hrs . I was there to enquire about my faulty Dell laptop.

They are Shawn and Jaike.

Less on their service to me as the good service which they provided is expected of any employee in the service-based industry such as yours. They were courteous and patient, unlike those from most other IT shops.

As they were serving me, a male customer happened to walk in and made some product enquiries. Knowing that the shop does not carry the item he was asking for, Shawn had no qualms to recommend him to check out the Courts store nearby if they had what he needed. Shawn could have just said no and be done with, but instead, he went a step further.

Also, since my laptop was in a bad shape, I decided to sell it off to your shop. I noticed that Shawn bothered to stick with proper procedures and took down my particulars and even photocopied my IC. When I enquired, he replied that this was so the Police could check on them as and when required. I am very familiar with this rule and I appreciate that your company practices this.

Not forgetting Jaike, who when told that I seriously needed to access my laptop's hard drive to do my work, patiently tried to revive it although he had other things to do.

All these little things are very rarely experienced in our retail industry and as such, very much appreciated. I hope your company keep up the good work.

Just came back with my Dell laptop. Re-formatting was done professionally by Jaike in less than two hours.


Both Keizo and Jaike were very helpful when I was at the shop. They have all answers to my questions on computer related matters. I am very satisfied with the level of service from your staff. Thank You.
