- Troubleshoot (To identify fault only) – $20 (waived if proceed for repair)
- Recover to Working Condition (Troubleshoot, Repair, Remove Virus. Hardware Parts charge separately) – $55
- Format and Install OS (Genuine OS to be provided by client) – $55
- Data Transfer (for readable Hard Disk) –
* Up to 8GB – $20
* From 8GB to 80GB – $40
* More than 80GB – $1 per GB (Cap at $100) - Other issues – Ask

Onsite service operates from 9am to 9pm daily.
